We work to integrate equality and occupational health and safety policies for our workers, providing them with the training necessary and promoting a balance between work and family as much as possible.
We promote dialogue and a sense of community between our customers and school children from 3 to 5 years of age through a educational program split into age groups and subjects.
The TRAM believes that teaching about mobility, community, and the environment in schools is extremely important ad we want to promote responsible attitudes that help to build a more democratic, civil and environmentally-friendly society.
TRAM respects the environment and is aware of the importance of implementing sustainable policies and systems, and our innovation department works daily to better manage our resources.
Environmental awareness, concern about the society of the future and the will to act will help in the TRAM’s on-going development as a sustainable and efficient company.
In September 2012 TRAM collaborated with the Blood and Tissue Bank for the first time and the two depots were visited by two mobile Blood Bank units.
From November to 1 December (to coincide with the Gran Recapte collection drive) TRAM gave the proceeds from single ticket sales to the Food Bank. TRAM donated 6,000 and 350 kg of food that the employees collected at the depots.
